HIP HIP IS NOT FOR CHILDREN

Some men believe Hip hop is for children,

But I haven’t seen a child who is a gangster.

Hip hop is life; it’s food, lovelier than a wife,

The best motivator,

The language that illuminates the truth about life to humans,

The fighter for human equality, the killer of racism,

Hip hop thinks like a wise woman and acts like an old man.

Why should Hip Hop not be for children?
Gangsters were once children you know
Hip Hop is art- words that finally spoke after the strokes of a pen
A seed that poetry had long sowed

What else motivates a child?
If not hard music and words that ain't mild
If not a phenomenon that teaches true knowledge
And not its limited fragments that are taught in college...
