Hundreds of youths from Etinan, Ibesikpo Asutan, Ibiono Ibom, Itu, Nsit Atai, Nsit Ibom, Nsit Ubium, Uruan and Uyo will tomorrow Monday 14th September, 2015 gather by 9am at the prestigious Mboho Mkparawa Ibibio Hall, along Udo Udoma Avenue as PromiseHunt auditions kickoff for youths in Uyo Senatorial District.

PromiseHunt - a talent discovery project of Akwa Ibom Broadcasting Corporation (AKBC) is organized to celebrate the 28th anniversary of the creation of Akwa Ibom State.

Subsequently, youths from Ikot Ekpene Senatorial District (Abak, Essien Udim, Etim Ekpo, Ikot Ekpene, Ika, Ikono, Ini, Obot Akara, Oruk Anam and Ukanafun) will be auditioned on Wednesday 16th September, 2015 at Ikot Ekpene Local Government Council Hall.

Eket Senatorial District (Eastern Obolo, Eket, Esit Eket, Ibeno, Ikot Abasi, Mkpat Enin, Okobo, Onna, UdungUko, Oron and Urueoffong/Oruko) will take its turn on Friday 18th September, 2015 at Eket Local Government Council Hall.

Successful talents will then proceed to the grand finale to compete for the star prize – A BRAND NEW CAR, in Uyo on 25th September 2015.

Young talents will be groomed for success in a tough performance academy.

The realities of what it takes to become a superstar will be exposed, as leading specialists from all fields of the industry will be on standby to give contestants the very best professional experience and coaching.
