I got an admission (Chemical Engineering) in NTNU but I don't have up to 5M now. Is there a way I can be issued a Visa without paying to the school account?
Re: Nigerians In Oslo, Norway by mtope: 10:30am On May 07, 2018
Good morning, I was placed on waiting list with Uis and they said I can only confirm a space by June 1st. What should I expect? What does this really mean?
Re: Nigerians In Oslo, Norway by Dockal(m): 1:32pm On May 07, 2018
They want to see if they're people that will reject their offers so they can fix you in. Just pray that someone rejects his/her offer.

That's the only way. I don't think there's any other way.

Hello all, I was told to make my payment on or before 31st of May, 2018 in NTNU. I do not think I can meet up with the deadline. Can I still make the payment in the second week of June? Has anyone done this before? Please, I need a swift and kind reply. Thank you.

i dont know of anyone who has done this but all i know is that you have to inform them of your plans with reasons. Norwegians are very considerate. they would agree if your reason is good and the request is within their power.
Re: Nigerians In Oslo, Norway by Dockal(m): 7:11pm On May 27, 2018
I don't know the possibility of this. The best bet is to contact your school asap if you know you can't meet up with the deadline.

I also got admission into NTNU, I'm not aware of such deadline however, I know they have a tentative date which is 1st of July as there is an understanding with UDi that any student that transferred their living expenses before then will be issued with a resident permit as school resumes in August. Also I am aware that SIT is currently issuing housing contracts with 5-6 days deadlines depending on the date of the application. The payment can be made using a visa or MasterCard.

Hello guys, I greet you all! @Chupnaz, @startflux, @Inxyz, @stewiepeter et al, you guys are doing great work here, kudos!

Please, I intend applying for MSc at UiS and NTNU. I have gone through application requirements on their websites and also mailing them personally.

Is authentication/notorize/legalise of supporting documents done only at Ministry of foreign affairs and ministry of education?

Another challenge is that I don't have my BSc certificate yet and my waec and Degree statement of result are laminated, hope this won't affect the notorization?

Please, I need input on this because I want to have all necessary documents in place before application commences.

@chupnaz, I will need your personal input more because you are studying the course I intend studying too. And I need you to brief me on job prospect post graduation.

Looking forward to kind response from you guys.

Cheers.
