Lol come off it bro. I hope you knew that work has been stop on Lagos Ibadan express way and he did not finish it and NIPP was initiated by OBJ. However Yaradua had a shortest time and to cut it short I can tell you 5naira reduction in petrol price but rather Jonathan increased it, the amnesty programme for the Niger Delta militants etc.
