It has never been used correctly and in the Nigerian space never will so it needs to be disposed off rapidly. Federal character does something very peculiar in the African continent it replaced white colonialism with black exploitation under the guise of native rule.

It does not guarantee "deserving " jobs for the diverse graduates we have , it trivialises the public sector with employees not suited for the jobs they take on.
