2) Ugly Email

Did you know that some e-mails have tracking devices so that people can tell when you open their e-mail, what you click, and your location? Most people don’t! But once you install Ugly Email, you’ll know when your e-mails have been bugged! A tiny little”eyelittle “eye” icon will appear next to the message if it is being tracked.

3) FullContact

After you install this app, you’ll get the life stories of everyone who e-mails you! The Chrome extension will give you social profiles and job titles of people. You will get links to their social media. You can even get detailed facts about their place of work: demographics, size, etc.

4) Mixmax

Need to schedule a meeting? No problem! Mixmax allows people to select times for meetings within an actual e-mail and can track when people have opened the messages, so you’ll know when they haven’t responded to your meeting request.

5) Mailburn

This nifty device turns your Gmail into WhatsApp when you check it on your phone. It essentially shows your e-mails from only real people at the time you want to check in. Rather than having to scroll through all of the newsletters you receive, you have easy access to people you want to chat with.

6) Unsubscriber

There was that one time you subscribed to all of your favorite stores, until you realized how much of a clutter it became! Just like the name, this app easily allows you to unsubscribe from mailing lists and newsletters. Swipe left to unsubscribe, swipe right to keep the subscription.

7) MailTrack.io

This Chrome extension can help you keep tabs of when your e-mails get read and how often they are read. It also has a pop-up alert so you can immediately know when one of your e-mails is opened.

cool Snapmail

Think of Snapchat but with your e-mails. This device adds a button that will be adjacent to the “send” button that will ensure your e-mail self-destructs. Once the recipient opens the link to the message, he or she will have 60 seconds to read it before it deletes from their view.

9) Gmail offline

You have complete access to your account even if you don’t have internethave Internet access. This definitely comes in handy when your connection is spotty or you want to save your data.

10) Giphy

Giphy has provided the world with a premier GIF-search. If you install the app, a rainbow icon appears so you can simply pop GIFs into your e-mails to give them more of a pop!

11) Dropbox

With this app, you can easily send Dropbox share links in an e-mail. This allows you to bypass trying to deal with larger e-mail messages and threads.

12) Boomerang

Another app that helps you set up meetings, but can help you get ahead of the game! You can write e-mails, but you can also have the choice to send later. You then plan the sending of the messages on a calendar so they are automatically released, based on the dates you selected. Reminders to follow up with recipients is another feature of Boomerang.

13) Find Big Mail

This program will scan your inbox and will automatically delete files that are taking up a large portion of your inbox. In a matter of seconds you can bring your inbox down to size.

14) WiseStamp

Who doesn’t want a fancy signature at the bottom of their e-mails? You can select font, size, color, and images. There are also links to social media and websites that you can set to your closing.

15) Send from Gmail

Whenever you want to compose an e-mail without having to clear out the Apple’s mail client that pops up, Send from Gmail will do the trick. It will automatically create a “Compose” window in Gmail pop up whenever you click over an email address on any webpage on your screen.

16) Grexlt

This Chrome extension is awesome for collaborating with coworkers or working on any other type of group project. By sharing labels, you can add labels to your e-mail conversations and help keep track of others’ work.
