What did you have for breakfast and what are you planning to eat for lunch or dinner?

Healthy eating is not only important for your diet, it's also important as a part of your personal well-being. Eating healthy can drastically improve your physical fitness, allow you to feel better about yourself, and do wonders for you health. Healthy eating doesn't mean you have to follow a strict diet, or give up foods you love. You just need to balance the amount of types of foods you eat to obtain all the necessary nutrients. It's a good idea to limit the fattening foods such as fast food, pizzas, etc... but you don't necessarily have to completely avoid them.

If you are not planning what to eat next you might end up eating junk. Planning the food you eat ahead helps you to stay healthy, reduce diseases, and guess work. Every day we have to make decisions about what kind of food we want to eat and what kind of nutrition every food product will provide. It’s the nutritional choices that we make every day that will determine how healthy we will be in the long run. Too much food can make us obese, while too little nutrition can lead to malnourishment.

Being healthy is about how you treat and nourish your body, meaning what you put into it, and the type of things you put your body through. As Nigerians we have various ethnic cultures and foods. We love to party and we love to eat foods. But what matters is knowing the quantity your body can process at a given time. (moderation Is key).
