Our client is a real estate and facilities management company situated in Lagos State and due to an increase in managed facilities, requires the service of an Administrative Officer.

Job Description
Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures and review, evaluate and implement new procedures.
Establish work priorities, and ensure deadlines are met and procedures are followed.
Carry out administrative activities associated with real estate bookings.
Co-ordinate and plan for office services, such as accommodation, relocations, facilities maintenance and management services.
Conduct analysis and oversee administrative operations related to budgeting, project planning and management processes.
Assist in preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory.
Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence.
Any other duties as assigned by the CEO

Qualification.
A university degree or Diploma certification in business or any related field may be required.
