its not 95 percent its 70 percent. PTDF last recruitment excercise more than 70 percent of all successful candidates had northern names, i can remember some people rioted but that one no change anything.

There is no more screening @ Depot.. only training,


@ Depot.. some will die during training , some will get injured and some will run away from Depot (runaway soldiers) due to hard training and hash conditions
