Please who applied for In betweeners and has done their one on one interview? Because most people on the thread applied for Entry Level and had their one on one with the head of HR. Who has done their? (I mean for in betweeners) Please tell us who you met and what was asked? Thanks and God bless

Hi,
I don't know if there's a fixed format regarding questions asked during this stage. But I can give you insight as to what went on during mine and a couple of my friends.
1. Tell us about you
2. Why did you study "insert course"
3. What will you do differently, if you're employed by access bank (basically why access bank)
4. Do you have any questions for us

P.S sub questions could be asked, based off answers provided to the aforementioned questions.

Hints: passing the test is the difficult part, just be confident, articulate and honest and read up abit on access bank to be safe.

One on one is just about u and ur family..personal questions..d only question I was asked outside dat was "describe access bank in one word"
