I have the connection to bring in bulk cargo of rice and sugar,however,we need partner that can buy off the hole cargo as our distributor .

not really but can do the brokerage arrangement, or can purchase on behalf of the buyer, which ever suits better.

you can but, that may cost too much, its governments in South America you would deal with, so it is large volume buyers been sort, those who can do ship load
