Ingvar Kamprad

Hello, you are the little man who engage in petty trade beside the road, that's not all you can offer you know, i am very sure of this because i know of a man named Ingvar Kamprad.

Ingvar Kampard is a Swedish business magnate. He is the founder of IKEA, a Swedish retail company specialising in furniture, and is one of the richest people in the world. Yea, i know you want to remind me that he's a rich man but do you know anything about his story?

He was raised on a farm called Elmtaryd (presently standardized Älmtaryd) near the small village of Agunnaryd in Ljungby Municipality in the province of Småland. His paternal grandfather was from Germany, but moved the family to Sweden.

Kamprad began to develop a business as a young boy, selling matches to neighbors from his bicycle. He found that he could buy matches in bulk very cheaply from Stockholm, sell them individually at a low price, and still make a good profit. From matches, he expanded to selling fish, Christmas tree decorations, seeds, and later ballpoint pens and pencils. When Kamprad was 17, his father gave him a cash reward for succeeding in his studies After his father gave him this bonus, he used that bonus to create a mail order business. He grew that business into what is now Ikea and Ingvar Kamprad has a net worth of $3 billion.

Sheldon Adelson

You are living in one room apartment with your father, your mother and your sisters and brothers and you think you are too poor to be somebody in life? Sheldon Adelson was just like you some years ago.

He was the son of an immigrant taxi driver Sheldon lived in a small one bedroom tenement with his parents and three siblings. At the age of 12 he began selling newspapers and then at 16 he started a candy-vending machine business. He continued trying a number of different enterprises before getting his biggest break through a computer trade show. He then purchased the Sands and the Venetian to get himself a net worth of $21.8 billion.

Today, He is the chairman and chief executive officer of the Las Vegas Sands Corporation, which owns the Marina Bay Sands in Singapore and is the parent company of Venetian Macao Limited which operates The Venetian Resort Hotel Casino and the Sands Expo and Convention Center. He also owns the Israeli daily newspaper Israel HaYom.

As of June 2015, Adelson was listed by Forbes as having a fortune of $28 billion, and as the 18th richest person in the world. So you see, you can do it if he can do it!

Harold Simmons

Are you a graduate without job and you think your condition cannot get better because you do not know some god-father who can help you get to the top with ease? Check this out.

Harold Simmons grew up in nothing more than a tiny shack in Texas. Even though there was no plumbing or electricity he managed to get himself a B.A. and a Master’s degree. He used his education to get a loan to get a series of drugstores. He built his chain to 100 stores before selling to Eckerd for $50 million. He took that money and continued to be a business mogul and has six companies to his name including the world’s largest producer of titanium.

Harold Hamm

Vulcanizer? Yes you have a chance to be a billionaire! have you heard or read about a man called
Harold Hamm? Harold was the son of cotton sharecroppers and had to work his way from the ground up to make his fortune. He started out pumping gas and repairing cars enabling him to create his own oil company at the age of 22. Despite never going to college, he grew his oil company into an oil empire that is now worth billions.

On January 16, 2015 Hamm was ranked by Forbes magazine as the 48th richest person in United States and 132nd richest person in the world, with a net worth estimated at $9.3 billion, which decreased from $18.7 billion in September 2014.
