please good ppl of Nairaland, I have come again for ur help for UBA job interview scheduled tomorrow, please what do I expect? I wrote the test in kaduna and passed, bt they never sent me an interview invite... |

Just know ur cv in and out. Be ready for normal interview questions like walk us Tru ur cv, where do u see urself in d next five years.. Etc. Be mindful they are recruiting for marketing/customer service(but mainly marketing) , so u might get questions like how u will handle a disgruntled customer who walks into the bank and wants to close his accounts... Also u might get questions like do u see urself as a marketer, how can u bring in business for them... Also if u are numerate and how good u are with numbers. U may also be asked to explain what e-banking is. .... All in all, just go with ur head. Angamma ko! 2 Likes |

Was in there first interview after i scaled through the test,and all they asked was,"tell us about yourself".Your ability to sell yourself well will earn u the next interview.That's the question they asked everyone.Still waiting for their next invite.all the best dear |

I think its in the subsequent stages that u will need 2 acquaint yourself with UBA (their core values,leaders,achievements,the banks that merged 2 become d new UBA etc).Its a 3 stage interview before the medicals n finally training.Goodluck |
