He wants to collect his certificate and school demanded a teller he used to make a payment. The teller is no where to be found and the payment was made 4 years ago. Can the bank help him to find the teller? He only knows the bank but the dates are lost in his memory.

It happens to every one of us who has been careless with school receipts and tellers. His only option will be to pay that school fees again.

So no way the bank can help with those tellers that we used to dispose in their box?
