I have been very civil with you right from onset with the notion that i was also conversing with a fellow rational being that has a contrary opinion to mine but i never knew i was wrong. whats the the meaning of the crap above?


like i said read,there was a ban on bringing in rice by road though the border and that was because rather than land at nigerian sea port, importers were landing at benin republic which has cheaper duty,so to save revenue they put a ban on border import of rice,not a ban on importation of rice,you have always been free to import rice as long as it lands in Nigeria port,and to make it a wewe issue GEJ introduce 30% duty for those with quoter from the government and 70% duty for those without quoter and even in some cases gave his party supporter duty free on there rice import or out right waver

Stop dancing around Mr black skin worshiper because you have not answered any of the issues i raised about the reason for lifting of ban of rice which ordinarily u should have known that i was also talking about the ban lifting from the road perspective but i was wrong because you have completely giving a new twist to the whole issue without providing answers i raised ab initio which is as a result of ADS (Attention Deficiency Syndrome).
