If it is a bore well like that used in Northern part of Nigeria, it works EXCELLENTLY. Why? It's a 3inch sized pump that brings out the water from their bore well and pump directly into the raingun.

But with our southern borehole, the raingun will not work efficiently, the inlet of the raingun is bigger than the outlet from the borehole.

If your farmland isn't more than 1 acres it will work.

The reservoir does not sit on the floor and also you mean one will need extra pump aside the pumping machine that pumps into the reservoir?
