How long has it been swollen? Is it still very mobile? What caused the pain? |

I got it as a result of d fall frm bad tackle in football nd hav used hot water b4 4 days its has gone nd 3 months tym it came nd i did d xame tin it went nd has cum nw.. 1 month nw it dont want to go down nd its nt paining me.. |

Wen it swelled dis tym d knee was marked nd bad blood went out 2days leta i taught it has gone xo i play centre ball wit my frds and d nxt day it swell nd become stiff nd it was marked wit razor last week nd has nt gone down.. Wat should i do |
