I did mine last two weeks at Alagbon, I had to come from Anambra to do it in Lagos. The process was very easy and fast, I got mine before 1 hour.

To access the Force CID office in Alagbon, get to Obalende from your location. At Obalende stand close to the under bridge and you wait for keke going to Alagbon close.

***Note: The Force CID is located on the same close with the Ikoyi Immigration/Passport Office.***

The price should be less than N5,000 I did mine for a lesser amount.

You came all the way from anambra to Lagos and then spend N5,000 and did you get it on sameday??

You did 24hours Travel and probably Lodge in an hotel to save 20k, when you have spent more. When it expires in 3months, will you come all the way to Lagos again

I came from Anambra for about 9 hours because I needed it very urgent and I got it the same day I went to the FCID at the cost of #3,500. Transport to Lagos from Anambra was #2,500, I studied and worked in Lagos so I have family and friends and some personal belongings in Lagos therefore no need for a hotel. I also had other things I needed to do in Lagos. Matter of fact I anticipated traveling out from Lagos without going back to Anambra again.

I don't think I will need police report any soon, I am already settled down where I live and if any need arises for me to get police clearance it's likely I'm getting it from here as a legal resident and not Nigeria. If they insist Nigeria, I can use the contact I already established at FCID or use any other means to get it done because I would've been more richer than I was last year.

go to any police station, get the extract then head to any court. they will give you an affidavit when you pay the fee of 100naira

Although this thread is a bit old and it seems there has been development a bit with respect to the topic.
Has anybody who posted/needed police certificate visited https://npf.gov.ng/xter.php lately?
I need a police certificate too but I want to make sure I am not making wrong moves....
All information from nigeriacrbd.com seems good but taking a closer look at the form described compared to information requested from npf site.... Can any one who has gotten their certificate from alagbon confirm these two are the same or not.
