Quick question please, I do have a 100ft by 100ft for investment property. How many 2bedrooms selfie-flats would fit in a 50/100? My intention is to have a single story building of 2bedrms on one side, and a two storybuilding on the other. |

Usman4: For the single storey, you can have 4 flats of 2 bedroom. For the 2 storey, you can have 6 units of 2 bedroom. Attached below is a sample of the 4 flats of 2 bedroom.
