these are a few of my designs.
The presentation drawings and the working drawings are available.
i make delivery anywhere in nigeria.

they cost are between 120,000 to 250,000

My many rooms would the casamodel bungalow have and is it possible for you to design the architectural layouts/floor plans?
How realistic is this for N10Million and would it have a pent section as i can see a top balcony in the drawing?

How many square feet of interior living space does drawing number two have? Does it have an attached indoor car garage and for how many cars?

the living spaces are two for each duplex.
the second design is a twin duplex.
also, the indoor garage is included, housing only one car, and the external housing one car each, making it four cars.
