I believe you can see the picture clearly. It is a bungalow which can e redeveloped into a bankng hall, eatery or for other commercial uses. i think you need to learn more about Real Estate. If you're looking for land in the area thats another case entirely. I advertised landed property on Oba Akran not Plot of land. did u get it?

Let us face facts.

The bungalow in its current state is not a useable property. Commercial or residential use will require a development of new structure on the existing land. The cost of pulling down the old structure should be considered in the purchase cost arrangement.

The purchase price of N150m is too much for land. The owner could develop it to modern standard before selling it.

Its not my choice of purchase.
