2. the house has no nice views

3. The house swimming pool is so small with abosultely no privacy (her neighbour can peep at her unclothedness)

4. Would need a generator

5. No running water

6. Not a super nice neighbourhood.

...I thought so too..but you have to understand some of these properties come with property tax, hoa dues etc..she could have got a very decent listing on zip or movoto at 35m- 50m..+ she clearly may need or have wanted a house in her home country..no place like home and the property market in Nigeria is different to whats obtainable in the US

In Nigeria we get lower quality at very high price. Even a 50, 000 Dollar car bought via car loan in US is sold at 25million Naira flat payment in Nigeria. The reason is because we import everything.
