Pls which laptop brand can I buy that has this qualities & is very strong

1---Intel board
2--- minimum of 4GB RAM
3----with latest window or window 8
4----minimum of 250gb hard drive

Pls I will appreciate your comments & advice, because I need a laptop that will be fast in BROWSING & WOUNT give me quick Faults.

Please I will appreciate if you Drop the names & your experience on it
