Hello everyone, please I am thinking of starting production of nylon bags to be supplying supermarket and stores in my area. There are four major machines in nylon producion.Extruder,cutting and sealing,printing and punching machines. D most important is d extruder and cutting machines because one can extrude and cut without printing or punching.it depends on the type of job u are doing,for example wen u are producing pure water paking bag,ice water and ice block nylon u dont need printing and punching machines but wen u are producin shoppind nylon,poly bags y2k,grey and black etc u need all d machines.for where u can get d machines u can get here in nigeria or import it from korea or india because those are gud machines D types of materials are eleme,exonobil,sk,hivorex etc also u will need reprocess material both low and high density.on starting capital nylon production is a big investment no amount of money is too much but one can start small and increase gradually.
