Yes you can have your weeding with that amount by minimaxing material things made for the weeding like ur ashabi should not be much,dont go for the most expensive hotle to do your reception.

If the reception is in church, you wont have to pay, if you decide to do it in the car park or field of the church, you wont have to pay either.
