You do not celebrate the dead - you remember them and it is a Christian tradition - just that Americans have commercialized it and made a party out of it. It is quite funny. Why not? People take death too seriously anyway.

I doubt it is a picture that depicts people who are celebrating Halloween because people dress up as zombies and ghosts on Halloween so no - not everything is fair during Halloween.
