My Rhythmless Song by emaculate99: 7:53pm On Oct 31, 2015 |
My Rhythmless Song Silence speaks over the noise Timeless walks in over my time Dancing to the tune not played Yet I sing my rhythmless song. I sat down with my flute Playing a rhythmless song Over and over again But none is listening to me. Of who I seek to listen to me speak In this deafening silence Overtaking my heart in this graveyard. But, like a thought unknown in a known place, I found you coming my way Listening to my rhythmless song Which you found interesting And full of rhythms. © Emaculate Ife 2 Likes 3 Shares |

emaculate99: You learner? Well, another great piece from you. Keep writing like this and better and watch your fan base grow cuz you write good. I observed that your personification and oxymoron usage in the poem, I guess such usage were employed to evoke the true meaning and message to the poem. On a lighter note, what I find funny is your punctuation having its own paragraph. 3 Likes |

timpaker:Wow! thanks very much boss. The '.' was used to make the stanzas stand out. I will work harder on ur review boss. |

emaculate99:Well, it made it look a little bit disorganised. A stanza is usually made with a paragraph, so give back the lines the 'full stop' it deserves and use your 'enter' key to create the stanzas. |

This is better than you think it is. I can't critic this, I am still an underdog. 1 Like |
