Erm, Can someone give me instructions on how to cook egusi.. I have a rough idea but I am trying to decided whether I should cook in the way you cook groundnut soup or leafy soups i.e cassava leaf or okra. I have never cooked it before.

I have the grounded egusi, spinach, dried fish, palm oil, chicken all the little little things needed for it but you can give me a recipe for it so I can cross off what I have. I will have to make do with some of the stuff because at the moment I live quite far to where I can get all the ingredients. If I can get any from a supermarket please list it for me. Thank you. smiley
