I check the names of countries the Op mentioned and when i did n't South korea, then i have to say this,
The OP is lying, cos when you talk about pornography and child smoking South korea is either no.1 or 2.
Come to think of it, how many people in Nigeria can afford the mbs to watch movies often? Unlike in south korea where intenet subscrition is relatively cheap and free wi~fi almost everywhere.
4 out of every korean watching movies is watching sex related movies or porn, 3 out of every 5 tv station tunned is showing adult movies.
40% of people inside cybercafe are watching porn movies and 50% are playing online games.
The only place a korean can touch a guy why playing is ur manhood and spanking a lady's buttom.
So Op, if you did not do those studies by urself, then they are mere fabrications.
Re: Nigerians, We’ve Got A Sexuality Problem by Nobody: 5:07am On Nov 11, 2015
people tend to get the issues of watching porn wrong, its not about minors only or age its a matter of life and death.IT needs to be banned to save our country

Can we assume you are also posting "mere fabrications"?

WTF?

@ gay pornography

Not surprising. Nigerians are the most hypocritical people on the planet.

99% of the anti-homosexuals on NL are in the closet.
you just throw statistics around and you want to be taken serious. Smh! 99% indeed! undecided Even in Saudi Arabia, they are not "99%" Muslims because there are expatriates and others there. So because some folks re homophobic means they are closet gay? Smh! And you want to be taken serious?

Porn is really a serious problem...it destroys a lot of wholesome things or habits one once nurtured...its imperative that we flee from porn...Porn warps the sexual expectations of persons..

People now get married and expect so much sexually from their mates...its crazy..

Lesbians are homosexuals.
Pls what's the difference?
It's all same sex unions.

How is one more morally horrible than the other?
They are both morally horrible ah ah but lesbians porn is sexy and usually men watch lesbian porn without having any feeling toward other males , I don't know for females tho maybe some women who watch lesbian porn have feelint toward the same sex .

I think it part of men fantasies or wishes to have sex with 2 or more women .

Your foolish statistic ,assumptions and conclusion is false and a waste of financial resources if any
I thought of that too, How in the world will Nigeria ever "outstrip" America in porn consumption... Well, maybe in a hundred years from now.

It's a bigger problem than we think.
I was once at a cd shop in the FCT and they had a whole stack of porn CDs for those who wanted them. The freaking thing was that they had children who worked in the shop.
I have seen them display and sell porn movies openly at night in Mobil roundabout Minna.
My friend told me the football viewing centre he attends screens porn movies during the off season periods.

I have left Facebook, badoo, instagm because Gays and bisexual guys wouldn't let me be, just come to think of it most guys in Nigeria are Gays especially most perceive homophones.
The worst advances comes from happily married men who will not let me be. It's truly pathetic especially as they join in condemning it in the open but but are seriously being fu*kd behind closed doors.
The numbers of lesbian in our society has also quadrupled in and we all fane ignorant to this too. I don't know where we are going to but something has to be done to cub this or else more people will remain single for life especially girls as more guys secretly enjoy their fellow guys and pretend they are not buoyant for married yet

This issue is a general one. But it's very serious. Self discipline should be a subject in schools.

Please read 'I was innocent'
He tasted blood and the force from the stick uprooted two teeth which flew free from the captivity of his gum. The rush of blood from the tear in his tongue and injured gum threaten to drown him. It muted his screams. A second blow landed on his head and he fell into oblivion. Suddenly, the pains where no more but he could hear their angry cries. He heard wailings close to where he stood watching. He picked out his mother’s voice.
“Oh my son! My son…he is just nine, he is just a child”
Read the full story here http://prize.etisalat.com.ng/i-was-innocent/ and please cast your votes. It counts and its just a click. Thanks

The first page of this thread is so depressing. If it was about somebody from the yoruba or igbo tribe doing something bad you'd see tribal bigots flock the thread with detailed arguments. The same flocking would happen if it was about a celebrity doing some random stuff.

Now here's a sensible topic and people are acting like they are not allowed to input more than one sentence.

By the way, Naija I hail thee. Most homophobic country yet third highest consumer of gay porn. Freaking hypocrites!

As in, the reason they hate homosexuals so much is cause they see it in themselves. They think showing hatred will help curb their urges.

Abeg bring the stats here before I believe you.

that's a propaganda!

You know, one thing with activists and movements is this: they roll out stats to support whatever and anyone on their side; and they also roll out stats against anyone and anything that is standing in their way. They do this to shame and attack the conscience of their opponents so as to bully them over.

Fact is: gay porn is not common in Nigeria! As someone who has seen porn before (like most people), i have never taken interest in gay porn; not even lesbian porn have i ever taken interest in!

There is a reason why we can believe the stat is false and a mere propaganda for the LGBT movement, who are using powerful governments and companies to push forward their agenda into the last frontiers. First of all, most people who see porn are straight men and the male body does not; i repeat, does not look sexy to the straight man! So e does not even think of sercin for it! If te stat had said that lesbian porn is what's high up there, i would have believed it a little as two women going down on each other does not provoke the same negative reaction men on men sex provokes in most people. If people tried to google male porn, then its only out of curiousity. Most people i know who see porn, don't bother to check male on male porn. So te people wo did this study did a poor job!

Porn is bad for your health o. I discovered my brain seems to lose info too much after watching it.

But op are you trying to tell me that countries like japan and some other asian countries watch less porn than Nigeria. I dont believe it
Re: Nigerians, We’ve Got A Sexuality Problem by segello58(m): 7:17am On Nov 11, 2015
You have two kid's a boy and a girl

You train the boy that he is in charge a free to do whatever, hang out with friends and they begin to discuss about girls expose and trained themselves sex and who amoung them that against it is a juuu guy. Bobo my have done once or more, must be able to torment or who the little girls in school and around the street.

But the girl must not know anything of such, u screen her friends, she experience growth in her body, she fear from being condemned and all you preach is avoid opposite sex and early pregnancy and buy tight clothes, build her up like a sex machine, her neighbor is disturbing because of what they are seeing, friends in school, boy's on the street and she wants to learn what you can't teach her.

Also moral standards have eroded exceedingly even in religious settings.

So majority of people on this thread agree with the article posted by the Op and some have even gone further to insult or say silly things about nigerians.

Nigerians are hypocrites

Nigerians are pretenders

You who is typing it which country are you from?

You are also a hypocrite and a stùpid pretender.
