please, I am looking for a chef or good catering school in Abuja, where I will learn how to prepare continental dishes.

I have passion for cooking, and wanna push my career towards that angle.

I want a flexible time, because, I am working presently. I will be shuttling between my job and the catering practice. And, pls, I already done the pastries class. can bake cake, meatpies, chinchin, etc.


So, I need purely dishes class.

Came across these guys on my Instagram page, got no affiliation with them so I can't guarantee anything but they worth checking out "chefs Academy", know they somewhere in Wuse 2 , google them to find out more. Hope it helps, good luck .

They are in Gwarimpa.

Actually I can prepare many continental dishes... Afang soup, afara soup, ogbono soup, special delight egusi soup, bitterleaf soup, banga soup, cocoyam soup, and soo numerous to mention... Many rice recipes, yam delights e.g Yamarita, poridge, pottage, yam peppersoup, oven roasted yam, etc... I can even produce okpa, moi-moi, roasted egusi balls, awara, etc... What else do u want! Am also a graduate of Food science and Technology.
