But the owner didn't want me to because she claim she doesn't want people in the neighborhood to start asking her unnecessary questions. why i say this is because an average buyer might not be on ground to check, so the picture will give a better indication afterwards he or she can arrange for a friend or relative to help with the viewing. is the price firm or can we haggle it, lets say 10million?

I do understand where you're coming from actually, and i wish i can help correct that. The price i stated on the ad is negotiable. N10m isn't a bad deal but the owner will agree on a price slightly above that. However, I'll still inform her of your bid, anything is possible.
