I ve noticed many people don't parboil their beans before cooking n i keep wondering if im cooking right in terms of nutrition.i feel d chemicals used in preserving it may b dangerous to health hence my reason for parboiling.pls share how u cook urs. |

Is good to parboil it, 1,because of heartburn and then because of gas is in it,when you parboil it then slice Onions in to it when you are cooking it. |
