I just don't trust this man..even though he sounds so confident (Which is typical of real criminals)

I remember few months ago when he released some "downloaded" images of 'sophisticated weapons' he claimed to have bought during his time in office. These weapons no one could feel or touch.

For strategic reasons, you don't expect the FG to tell you as they acquire weapons..and I am surprised you don't know this. Alex Badeh, kenneth Minimah confirmed weapons were not bought during the previous regime. I don't what else you people want to hear. Abeg I am tired of repeating that which is clear to people.

the former NSA did not shot him self in the leg, he just clearly showed us that if the Government did not see the arms they should go after the people that signed the letter that they are in possession of the weapons, he also made it clear that each branch of the armed forces has their own contractors so indirect he is telling us that Navy, Army and Airforce chiefs are the ones that recommend weapons that they need and after thee money was released, they purchase such via their contractors. From such statement u can see that he plays no major part in Arm purchase except taking their demand to the C in C for approval, I think that past chiefs should be questioned not former NSA.

although am not crucifying DA Suki,but I want us be logical in our thinking,he said the 3 main armed forces gives him list of weapons they need, the submits proposal to GEJ for approval. and they purchase from their contractors. but he never said anything in the statement that he saw the delivery of the equipments, na only paperwork he saw... and people that signed they recieved the equipments should come and talk their own side of the story..

Oga, this man was in a higher level of authority, not a military store keeper. There are others responsible for talking stocks and inventories. If he was involve in physically counting every bullet purchased, I am sure he would not have had time for even a meal through out his days in office.

What I will tell my children.

In the year 1985 a young army officer led three other officers to arrest the then millitary head of state, General Mohammadu Buhari. Thirty years after Buhari is back in government and wants to pay back his old enemies. Former NSA Dasuki happens to be that young officer who arrested Buhari back then.

Now does it not supprise anybody that up till now Buhari has not convicted anybody who served in the last of any corrupt practices despite all the noise during campaign? If Buhari is not on vendetta mission why did he not obey court order and allow Dasuki to travel for medical treatment to Britain knowing fully well he will be extradited if need be.

Buhari is busy chasing Dasuki around while boko boys are having a field day in the north.

Nonsense. I will tell my children this is a witch hunt and nothing more.

If there's anyone hiding something, its the FG. Why hold a secret kangaroo tribunal without the defendant invited and given the oppourtunity to defend himself. Dasuki has CLEARLY stated that he was not invited and has demanded that his trial MUST be made public for Nigerians to hear and see. Does that sound like a man trying to hide something?

Anyway, i know for a FACT that things changed in the military and intelligence services as new weapons and combat systems were purchased. Thats a fact. Air was NOT used to purchase all those brand new weapons from Tavor TAR-21s to Beryl Assault rifles, FN-P90s to FN FS-2000s, Harris Tactical Radios, Big Foot MRAPs, Ikri MRAPs, Springbuk MRAPs, Police Streit Spartan 1, 2 & 3 MRAPs, Combat trucks, new jeeps, Fast Assault Vehicles (FAVs), 4 brand new Naval OPVs, new Naval helicopters, New Police Bell helicopters, the current dedicated Public Land Mobile System (PLMN) for the Police, Abuja's dedicated surveillance system, the Elbit network surveillance systems, new Mil 35M attack helicopters, new Mil 35V and P series attack helicopters, refurbished Super Puma Transport Helicopters, the new Mi-17 Assault helicopter, the two new Alpha jets as attrition replacements, new T-72M1 and AV series Main Battle Tanks, new assault vests, new UAVs, new CH-3A UCAVs, Air force ISR assets, and so much more? Ive not even inccluded funds for specialist and tactical trainings done locally and abroad (USA, Israel, Britain, India, Pakistan, Russia). Plus funds for current security & military operations. That is a HUGE sum of money. Ask the Americans, British, Isrealis, Sri Lankans, Pakistanis, Indians, Colombians, and co about their experience. Counter Insurgency takes MONEY.

True buhari has bought no new weapons,but with the aid of buhari coming into power,those weapons were quickly released to the soldiers, if it was gej time those weapons would still be in the store and more request/approval of buying new weapons ,whereas some are still in d store wasting.

Now go read up how much Iraqis expended and what they got in return for their billions, while at it, can they release the invoices for all the items bought above to compare real world prices versus Nigerian inflated prices?
