Mugabe, who is the ruling Zanu PF party’s Women League Secretary, gave this charge why addressing women at a political rally in Zimbabwe on Friday, Newsday reported. According to the news website, Mugabe said: “If you walk around wearing mini skirts displaying your thighs and inviting men to drool over you, then you want to complain when you have been raped? It’s unfortunate because it will be your fault.” “Wear clothes like Mai Mugabe or you can choose a trousers, but not those which are too tight.
