The softening of prices and price growth of commercial property in Dubai is expected to continue into 2016 given global macroeconomic concerns, such as, the Chinese economy, the appreciating dollar and Euro Zone issues. However, Dubai commercial property is expected to remain stable, showing steady growth and offering greater choice for tenants as the emirates continues to be a global and strategic hub for companies given its competitively priced investment choices and growth. I'm no real estate investment analyst or specialist but with slowing economies lower oil prices refugee crises China also slowing down a growth forecast for properties might not be on point. Again I'm not an investment specialist.
However the country specific advantages that dubai offers in terms of security infrastructure and strong institutions though religiously tinted but is specific, it may behave not too differently but will attract the scarce investments available.
