According to information from the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) the action was carried out by one of those evacuated to the capital city alongside other displaced persons from Dikwa local council, where residents were trapped for a long time by the terrorists fighters, Boko Haram, until its liberation recently.... The attack also left three NEMA staff injured...So now boko haram wanna have revenge on the rescued women and children? Is this crap never gonna end?
