Next time you drive beside any truck delivering containers ( LAGOS ESPECIALLY ) just check the way the container is hooked and you will never drive close any one again. Ive seen containers that were supposed to be hooked on 4 ends and also chained but to my surprise 2 or 3 of the hooks are broken and only one old weak chain was used to hold the container. Anything goes in Lagos so no need for science but we as individuals need to change the way we do things so my point is, negligence and cheap way out from the citizens part and also useless government plans for the masses. correct me if i am wrong.

That's a good observation you've made!. But, it's still scientific!.
