Hi! I want to know what is the general practice at you all's companies. My company is offering me 15 days holiday days but I am unsure what the paid holiday rate should be? Is it that I should get my basic salary or should I be getting paid my basic salary + an additional holiday pay? (so like double salary :p ) I am confused :s Help! What are you all experiencing out there! |
