pls i wish to apply for DE in Delsu, i had an Upper credit in mass comm from Auchi poly with o level result, credits in eng, maths, govt, crk, econs, igbo language but d issue is i wish to switch to International studies. I dont know if its possible in Delsu, or should i say am i eligible?
