It's not entirely a TSA thing. There's a functional tenders board now. (Not the Fashola 'I don't sign cheque' deceit). And Ministers are not involved in processing payments now. It falls on Perm Secs. There's somewhat check now. In the past ministers selected projects, awarded contracts and approved payments.

This govt is all about lies

This is what happens to illeterates who refuse to check properly the source of information before accepting it. They get dissappointed when the real news comes out.
