Kogi State Guber Polls And The Supreme Court by EricDonn(m): 8:31pm On Nov 29, 2015
Since the logjam in the kogi state governorship election started following the death of the likely winner Prince Audu Abubakar, virtually everyone who has commented on the issue has asked the aggrieved party to go to court. Also, another regular last line has been; INEC should have approached the Supreme Court, AGF should have gone to Supreme Court, each aggrieved party should pursue the case up to the Supreme Court, even dead Audu should also go to Supreme Court and my question is this; if the pronouncement of the Supreme Court is to become law and fill the lacuna in our constitution, who are the judges of this Supreme Court? what planet are they from? are they not Nigerians? the most corrupt set of humans on earth. How can their opinion become law when we all know they can be influenced, why is everyone so confident in them? Not to accuse him but just recently many pple questioned the pronouncement of Justice John Fabiyi, why d sudden confidence in the Supreme Court?
