The Emir of Kano, Muhammadu Sanusi II, has urged President Muhammadu Buhari to do something about Boko Haram beyond expressing sympathy to victims of terrorism. The emir, who joined twitter just yesterday, in a tweet at the president on Tuesday morning, also expressed optimism that “we shall overcome” terrorism. Curiously, the tweet has been deleted as we could not find it on his twitter account anymore.
