these are 2 different properties in jabi for sale, they are both by the lake side and consist of 12 flats of 2 bedrooms each. will one is serviced with generator, swimming pool and fitted kitchen the other isnt.

seen this ppty myself though from the outside. the prices are very fair for that area though the client you consider something in the neighbourhood of 35M per flat. Jabi is the best area to live in abuja at the moment cos it seems like the only place where the masterplan was truely followed, drainages, green areas, nearness to nature, water, security, great layout, best of road system with functional street lights everywhere you turn. People are disposing their houses in maitama, wuse 2 to buy new ones in Jabi.

from reconnaissance surveys from the various short lets in abuja, it has shown that 90% of the profound ones like SIGMA APARTMENT, PENNEL APARTMENT, BARCILONA APARTMENT, DOME APARTMENT all in wuse 2 and maitama are daily booked and sometime fully booked.

the price ranges from 25,000 - 70,000 naira for a 2 bedroom apartment.

jabi is a unique place in the sense that its contemporary, well infrastructured, and in a unique neighborhood with the likes of JABI LAKE to give an ambient feeling of sea side effect.

jabi lacks the likes of these apartment for SHORT LET.

Good analysis but will the apartments run themselves?. Variable cost of running which is almost like a 5 star hotel not factored in.

if i have money sef.
really nice place to live and i like the Idea of the lake.
Abuja is expensive and its worth it.


i understand the poster but in short, a lot of people are buying houses for 50million, not to talk of having 50M-60M be the price for just one small flat.
hmmm but it is in a very good area and by the lake, but thats a lot especially if whole houses are selling for that exact same price for one flat in an apartment.
