some of the foundations of happy relationships are honesty, trust and compatibility (in my book) so if you do not trust the person laying next to you then move on or re-evaluate your relationship. you cant go on in life worrying about the wrong things. yes cheating can happen, in both men/women, and unless there is evidence to the contrary, you should believe that your spouse/bf is faithful.
if there is some evidence of cheating then sit down and communicate with him/her directly about it and take the necessary measures instead of trying to be James Bond. can you imagine how your spouse would feel if you smell him every night yet he has always been faithful to you?!
