President Buhari made budget presentation to the NASS on Tuesday 22nd December. The Ministry of Budget and National Planning have made available a breakdown of the 2016 appropriation bill. It is available for anyone's perusal and analysis on the internet. Why are we not talking about it yet? i guess we prefer waiting for some sensational story on the pages of newspaper that captures one line of the story. Servicing a debt doesn't mean paying it back.

Pls. I'm just curious to know how much the presidency is spending on feeding.. Maintenance of animals in house rock, entertainment and kitchen budget. Anybody?

The reason is not far-fetched.

1. Opposition politicians who would have analysed and probably compared it with previous budgets in order to criticize it, are scared because if they do, the EFCC will come knocking on their doors requesting explanations from the yams they ate.

2. Because other politicians who would have done so, have cross-carpetted and are now pitching tent with APC, hence can't bite the fingers giving them yams to eat.

3. Neutral men who would have done the analysis are careful not criticise perhaps they too might get their share of the yams.

4. The media who would have finally analysed it have also been compromised in Aso Rock with the yams offered by Mrs. Aisha Buhari.

i referred to the clear INTENT to pay back. Servicing involves paying part of the interest on the loan and the principal.

Ekiti state to get a Federal Secretariat for 1billion naira. Hmmm, i'm on the lookout for a 1billion naira secretariat in Ekiti state.
