However, if the beans is soaked or washed with hot water this could course it sour and it better be kept in a cool condition if the Akara Barter is yet to be use.
To archive a good shape as beautiful as am having it in the picture u need slow down the fire and drop it in the hot oil systematically and without rushing. Then high the fire a bit for it not to soak.
