As a student of Microbiology, I had the opportunity to carryout my research in a hospital environment. There, I noticed how arrogant medical students could be. They behave as if they are better than other students. Maybe they are thought to behave arrogantly to show how important they are in the society, no one knows. But Medicine is not the best course in the University. There are many courses that are better than medicine and being a doctor does not guarantee automatic job in Nigeria these days. So I'm still wondering and thinking about the force that's driving the arrogant behavior in most medical students.

We sure av pompous doctors bt wen pple c medics showing much self confidence,dy tink itz arrongance...as a medic,u must b very confident of ursef unless u wil fail mentally...as i said earlier,we av pompous doctors wu re very proud bt dy dnt knw dy re foolish cos medicine z nt a reason y anybody shud b proud.it z nt superior to anycourse as evry course z a unique entity....sum xterics pple c in medical students make dem tink dy re arrongant bt dy arent..as we av pompous doctors,we av humble doctors nd itz xame in oda professions....PROUDLY A PHYSIOTHERAPY STUDENT OF OAU.....
