No I disagree. It can only be reduced on the condition of economic meltdown else the influx of corpers holds no Water because every camp has it maximum capacity which can never be exceeded and no state has two camps within it. So how come the expression 'influx of corpers is scary' applies? Remember again that the state was automatically removed when it got filled up during online registration.
