Whenever I come across cases like these I usually attributes the larger chunks of the blame to the parents, negligence and ignorance plays a major role in most cases. It's the responsibility of parents to educate their children on rapes and assault, calling the organs the right name and not pseudo names, children shouldn't
be sent on errands at night or to a lonely road. It also boils down to homes and family upbringing.rape has been on for ages only social media is just making it look new.
