Many actually regret this action and strive to correct their mistake but its not been easy doing so, but truly i must tell u, the habitual act of viewing pornography does more harm to u than the temporary pleasure u derive.

I understand that flooding of the brain with dopamine while watching porn results to decrease in sensitivity of it's receptors hence ED. But look at where I am interested in: there are some normal guys (not sexually depraved) that is waiting for marriage or wanna be faithful to their wives that atimes get hard on that can't even let them sleep well in the night and thereby forced to relieve themselves. Why you SHOULDN'T stop watching porn and master bating:
1. You can't or won't stop doing it no matter how "cured" you are from it, sex is natural human/animal instinct created by God therefore masterbation and watching porn is natural God given instinct. They for sure do not read the Bible at all. The Bible tells us that God created sexual enjoyment which includes solo sex also. God give good healthy gifts like Solo sex and partner Sex. Also, someone up above claims masterbating causes erectile dysfunction which is false. NOT masterbating is what could cause it in a lot of cases because they're not using that muscle on a daily basis which will cause it to weaken overtime without a proper workout so to speak just like the rest of your body if you don't use it for a long period of time. That's why you see paraplegics with shrunken legs because they don't use them or exercise them anymore which will cause the leg muscles to wither away, the same can happen to a man's penis if he never uses it. The penis is just another muscle that needs to be kept active and healthy. It's common sense people. Your sexual health is important and neglecting it can have very damaging consequences. They say over 50% Pastors look at Indecency regularly. I think that % is much higher then that.

The fact i heard a story that somewhere they had a youth Pastor weekend convention and that weekend they sold more Indecency videos then ever before.
